BART JOOSTEN JOINS ADELAER AS PARTNER ASSET MANAGEMENT

Bart Joosten will reinforce the Adelaer Real Estate organisation from March 1st 2019. As a partner in Asset Management, he will be responsible for further shaping and expanding Adelaer’s services in asset and fund management.

Adelaer Real Estate is a rapidly growing debt broker specialised in financing commercial real estate. We provide bespoke financing constructions to (international) clients, including financing, mortgage loans, real estate leasing, structured finance and equity partnerships. Within Adelaer Capital Markets, clients are given high-quality advice on the disposition and/or acquisition of real estate portfolios. Adelaer Asset Management supplies real estate owners with strategic, tactical and operational management of their portfolio, advises on strategy and/or funding and, if required, maintains contact with and reports to financiers. Adelaer is renowned for delivering a high degree of professionalism, directness and a sense of proportion. Creating a one-to-one relationship of trust with client (s) is central to this process. Adelaer Asset Management also holds office in Den Bosch, Amsterdam, Maastricht and London.

Bart Joosten has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, especially in the field of investments and fund and asset management. He started his career at Kantoren Fonds Nederland (KFN) and was later responsible within FGH Bank for (setting up) FGH Real Estate Asset Management. Thereafter, he was one of the founding partners of Profound Asset Management. In addition to structuring real estate funds, these organisations served national and international clients. With the inclusion of high-quality fund and asset management, all disciplines are now present within Adelaer Real Estate, allowing us to properly advise and serve clients throughout the entire real estate market.
