Bert Pauli has held positions in both business and government. For 8 years he was an Executive, also deputy Commissioner of the King, of the Province of Noord-Brabant, his portfolio, inter alia, included economics, internationalisation, and all participations and related parties.

He was a member of the Dutch Trade and Investment Board and deputy chairman of the IPO (Association of Provinces of the Netherlands). In the business world, he was active in management and board positions at various large companies.

Today, he is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bernhoven, Eindhoven Engine, Visit Brabant, and member of the Supervisory Board of Photon Delta. He also advises leading companies at a strategic level, including Adelaer (since September 2019).
