After completing his Architecture-Building Economy studies at HTS (1991), Ron Slikkerveer started at DTZ Zadelhoff, where he learned the ropes of the commercial real estate profession. In 1997, he received his master’s degree from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

Ron has over 31 years of experience in the real estate sector. As a senior and board member, he worked at several renowned companies in the industry. His areas of expertise include consultancy, brokerage, financing, investment, asset management and project development.

Ron has a good sense of what is and is not feasible in the market and stands out for his strong focus on completing transactions.

A skilled analytical and commercial thinker, Ron advises and assists in the structuring and successful completion of financing issues in the areas of development, construction, acquisitions and investment property in virtually all asset classes.

The focus is on larger transactions where the knowledge of and experience with the international financing network can be put to optimum use.
