William van Beuningen graduated in Technical Business Administration from the University of Groningen. After his studies, he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate as an analyst. This formed the foundation for subsequent years in Real Estate Finance. At BNP, he built an large network and fundamental knowledge of the real estate markets. Following this, William completed an MBA completed. After his MBA, William was involved in the growth of several real estate companies in the Netherlands and other European countries. He has worked with several private equity houses acquired, financed property portfolios and built associated management organisations built up. In recent years, this played out in and from Portugal.

William is internationally oriented and has a very strong network. Since he started in real estate started in 2007, he has gained an excellent perspective on real estate with a strong emphasis on the financial side.
