Adelaer Financial Architects is a high-end financing and brokerage boutique that stands out for its creative input in financing solutions. This includes advising, mediating, and guiding in the establishment of financing and credits for commercial or corporate real estate. Additionally, there is a small capital markets team for mediating, advising, and analyzing real estate objects and/or portfolios.
With its broad, international network of lenders, investors, and developers, Adelaer conducts transactions in the Netherlands and is expanding throughout Europe. For both the Dutch and European markets, Adelaer started in 2021 to optimize supply and demand in the financing market through a data-driven fintech platform. This platform will be further developed and professionalized in the coming period to become the European standard.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
When you join Adelaer, you’ll work in a dynamic team where you can learn a lot. You’ll be responsible for managing the credit risks of the loan portfolio and provide support to senior advisors in the commercial preparation and follow-up of financial transactions. Your tasks will include:
- Managing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress in the handling of new and ongoing requests and client-specific information;
- Developing credit proposals, analyzing information, and evaluating real estate, financial quality, and market position of the relationship;
- Monitoring and promoting optimal service and correct execution of agreements made with relationships and supporting departments;
- Proactively managing the assigned customer portfolio, including periodic reviews and data quality within customer and loan systems;
- Making a positive contribution to the established (operational but also commercial) targets;
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing relationship, prospect, and industry information in preparation for appointments with senior advisors;
- Translating market trends into credit proposals and actions for risk management of the loan portfolio.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a university degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or economics;
- You are eager to learn, have excellent numerical skills, are analytically inclined, and have an eye for quality and details;
- You are interested in valuation models, financial real estate exploitation, market research, and data warehouse models;
- You are proficient in Excel and skilled in using MS Office;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
- You are energetic, entrepreneurial, commercially skilled, and have great perseverance;
- You reside in the vicinity of our headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
