This includes setting up investment structures and entities, advising, mediating, and guiding in the establishment of financing and credits for commercial real estate, as well as mediating, advising, and analyzing portfolios. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
When you do an internship at Adelaer, you will work in a dynamic team where you can learn a lot. You will learn to be responsible for managing the credit risks of the loan portfolio and provide support to senior advisors in the commercial preparation and follow-up of financial transactions. You will be involved in the work of an analyst, which includes:
- Ensuring, coordinating, and monitoring progress in the handling of new and ongoing requests and client-specific information;
- Developing credit proposals, analyzing information, and evaluating real estate, financial quality, and market position of the relationship;
- Monitoring and promoting optimal service and correct execution of agreements made with relationships and supporting departments;
- Proactively managing the assigned customer portfolio, including periodic reviews and data quality within customer and loan systems;
- Achieving the set (operational but also commercial) targets;
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing relationship, prospect, and industry information in preparation for appointments with senior advisors;
- Translating market trends into credit proposals and actions for risk management of the loan portfolio.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are studying Finance at Tilburg University;
- You are eager to learn, have excellent numerical skills, are analytically inclined, and have an eye for quality and details;
- You are interested in valuation models, financial real estate exploitation, market research, and data warehouse models;
- You are proficient in Excel and skilled in using MS Office;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
- You are energetic, entrepreneurial, commercially skilled, and have great perseverance;
- You reside in the vicinity of our HQ in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
