Adelaer Financial Architects is a high-end financing and brokerage boutique that stands out for its creative input in financing solutions. This includes setting up investment structures and entities, advising, mediating, and guiding in the establishment of financing and credits for commercial real estate, as well as mediating, advising, and analyzing portfolios. With the broad, international network of investors, banks, and developers, Adelaer realizes transactions in area and real estate development.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You are responsible for acquisition and management of Adelaer’s relationships. You advise these relationships on financing solutions for the real estate portfolio, proposition, or development. You do this together with the internal analysts, who work on the teasers for you and support you in the further process. Together with the other advisors, you have weekly meetings on how we can better serve the market. Your activities include, among others:
- Submitting new and maintaining ongoing requests;
- Coordinating credit proposals, analyzing information, and evaluating real estate, financial quality, and market position of the relationship;
- Maintaining (international) banking relationships;
- Monitoring and promoting optimal service and correct execution of agreements made with relationships and supporting departments;
- Achieving the set (operational but also commercial) targets.
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed university (WO) or HBO degree (e.g., BE/MER), preferably supplemented with relevant work experience in the real estate industry and/or banking experience;
- Excellent numerical and analytical insight;
- You are an adept communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- You are a team player, decisive, and prioritize effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
